My HVAC Guy is a family-owned and operated HVAC company by Mark and Amanda Shaffer serving the greater Morgantown area. Mark and Amanda are Morgantown natives and have been together since 2009. They have a growing family and hope to pass on the love of the industry to them.

Mark began his HVAC career in 2019 after attending classes at the local trade school. As Mark's knowledge and passion for providing customers with total home solutions and getting to know them on a personable level grew, it gave him the desire to open his own family business.
Mark would frequently walk into customers’ homes while they were on a phone call or talking to another family member and hear the phrase, "Hold on, my HVAC guy is here." That stuck with Mark as a name for a reputable HVAC company. This led Mark and Amanda to open My HVAC Guy LLC in December 2024 on the principles of providing the best work possible, doing what you say you're going to do, taking care of the people in need, and honoring God in the entire process. Their family looks forward to serving the community with the best customer service and craftsmanship for generations to come.
